Absolutely stunning! They remind a little (especially the filling) of Sicilian Cannoli – but much more exciting this way! What a labour of love to have made and photographed them, thanks so much for sharing this. Will be making these some time soon and might make a big pot of mint tea (as we have so much in the garden) to go with them.
You know, I’ve never ever thought that these look like Sicilian Cannoli… it just never occured to me! Thanks for pointing it out I reckon the tea and these would make a perfect treat!
